Biography: Mr. Zhang Nianbing has more than 16 years of experience in the field of financial investment. He was the chief investment officer of Maotai Ccb (Guizhou) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. and was responsible for investment business. Prior to that, Mr. Zhang has been engaged in equity investment business in Legend Capital and investment banking business in CITIC Securities for many years. He is familiar with domestic and foreign capital markets and has a profound understanding of equity investment and industrial logic. Mr. Zhang Nianbing holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
