Investment Philosophy

Adhering to the core values of "Unifying Knowledge and Action, Persevering in Pursuit of Distant Goals", and taking "macro cycle as the anchor, asset linkage as the sword, and cognitive iteration as the shield", we build a macro multi-asset investment strategy system from a global perspective. Based on the dual cognitive framework of "in-depth deconstruction of the global economy + non-linear mapping of market behavior", we dynamically capture investment opportunities in major asset classes such as stocks, bonds, commodities, and foreign exchange.

Investment Objective

Through the combination of in-depth macro research and strategy model tools, we grasp the rotation rules of asset portfolios, capture structural market opportunities, and strive to improve the risk-return ratio of the fund while maintaining the liquidity and risk diversification of the portfolio.

  • Wang Cuiguo

    Investment Director and Fund Manager

    Ms. Wang Cuiguo has been engaged in securities investment management since 2007. She has experienced multiple bull-bear market cycles and is good at grasping the rotation rules of asset portfolios through the combination of in-depth macro research and strategy model tools, and leading the team to capture structural market opportunities. Before joining Everbright Holdings, she served as the Director of Fixed-Income Business at Caitong Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. Prior to that, she held positions such as the Director of Fixed-Income Investment at the Asset Management Department of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, the Director of Fixed-Income Investment at the Asset Management Headquarters of New Times Securities, and a trader and investment manager at the Securities Investment Department of AVIC Securities. She has managed entrusted funds from banks such as Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Everbright Bank, China Guangfa Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, as well as city commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives, with a total managed scale of over 20 billion yuan. Ms. Wang holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and has a postgraduate education background.

  • Tashi Tsering

    Investment Vice President and Fund Manager

    Mr. Tashi Tsering has been engaged in securities investment since 2013. He focuses on research in the field of cross-market multi-assets, grasps macro trends and cycle laws, and captures asset rotation investment opportunities. Currently, he is responsible for the investment management of macro composite multi-strategies represented by Everbright Vision Fund. Before joining Everbright Holdings, he worked successively in the Fixed-Income Department of Caitong Securities and the Asset Management Department of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities. Since his career, he has managed a total scale of over 10 billion yuan, and the products he managed have won the "Three-year Medium-and Long-term Pure Bond Type Sustained Excellence Golden Bull Asset Management Plan" (Golden Bull Award). Mr. Tashi Tsering graduated from Peking University and holds a Master's degree in Economics.

  • Zhang Siyang

    Senior Investment Manager and Fund Manager

    Ms. Zhang Siyang has worked in the Rating Department of China Bond Rating Co., Ltd. and the Asset Management Department of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities successively. Since 2015, she has been engaged in investment and research work in the secondary market and has formed a theoretical framework covering the allocation of major asset classes such as stocks, bonds, and commodities and market style research. Ms. Zhang graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, and holds a Master's degree in Finance.

  • Xu Deren

    Research Director

    Mr. Xu Deren has been engaged in asset management investment and research since 2009. He is good at research in the overseas macro and foreign exchange markets, as well as the pharmaceutical and technology industries. Before joining Everbright Holdings, he served as an analyst at KGI Securities in Hong Kong and a fund manager at Opendoor Capital in the United States. Mr. Xu holds a Master's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and has obtained the qualification of a Chinese clinical physician.

  • Lydia Lu

    Senior Investment Manager

    Ms. Lu has been engaged in investment and research work in the A-share and H-share secondary markets since 2013. She previously worked at Evalueserve Business Consulting, providing industry research services for renowned investment banks such as UBS and Credit Suisse. Ms. Lu graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK with a Master of Science degree.

  • Kou Xiaofeng

    Senior Analyst and Fund Manager

    Mr. Kou Xiaofeng once served as a senior investment manager at CSC Investment Co., Ltd., responsible for the post-investment management of strategic holding equity investment projects. Since 2014, he has been engaged in the private fund investment industry and is good at macroeconomic and secondary market analysis and research. Mr. Kou graduated from Coventry University, UK, majoring in Finance, and obtained a Master of Science degree.
